Associate Attorney (Real Estate & Corporate Law)
Duties: Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, corporate law matters, and business law issues; draft and edit contracts and other documentation; represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings.
Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school; Florida bar admission; minimum of 2+ years of relevant legal experience (preferred); demonstrable analytical and communication skills. -
Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Duties: Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting, and compilation of documents; manage case files and adhere to deadlines.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate; prior experience with law firms preferred; fluent with MS Office programs and legal software suites. -
Client Relations Coordinator
Duties: Act as initial point of contact for new and current clients; schedule consultations; manage emails and client communications.
Requirements: Excellent people skills and organizational abilities; a background with a professional office setting; detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
