Fees List – Residential Conveyance (freehold only)
Purchase and Mortgage: $950.00 plus tax*
Sale and Discharge: $850.00 plus tax*
Mortgage Refinance: $750.00 plus tax*
*The following fees may be charged in addition to above fees if applicable:
- private lender mortgages: $475 plus tax
- B-lender or monoline mortgages:$150 plus tax
- title transfer (included in Purchase and Mortgage): $350 plus tax and land title disbursements
- discharge of additional mortgages: $150 plus tax and land title disbursements
- payout of additional unsecured debts: $75 plus tax
- new construction homes from builder: $250 plus tax
*A software fee of $84 applies to all conveyancing files.
*A $65 fee is charged for additional courier or registered mail (if required).
*A $50 fee is charged per cheque for certification (if required).
*A $150 fee is charged for every additional signing appointment request (the first appointment is included in quoted price.)
*An additional fee of $250 plus tax applies on refinance if completion is less than five business days after our office receives instructions from client.
*An additional fee of $500 plus tax applies on purchase and sale if completion is less than five business days after our office receives instructions from client.
*Instructions received after 12:00 PM are deemed to have been received on the following business day.

Basic Will (Couples): $850 plus tax*
* A registration fee of $18.68 applies to each will.
